CITRASTAR is a natural sanitiser extracted from citrus fruit, formulated to effectively eliminate bacteria on hard surfaces in various environments including kitchens, food-preparation areas, kindergartens, childcare centers, and animal-care facilities.

Application Instructions:

• Handling: Do not mix with other chemicals. Use CITRASTAR as supplied without dilution.
• Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces with detergent to remove food residues, rinse with potable water, and apply neat CITRASTAR.
• Contact Time: Allow CITRASTAR to remain in contact with surfaces for at least 5 minutes.
• Rinsing: Rinse food-contact surfaces thoroughly with potable water after application. Non-food contact surfaces can be left to air dry.

• Direct Food Contact: Not intended for direct use on food. Ensure thorough rinsing of food-contact surfaces after treatment with CITRASTAR.
