Agar FlorPrep Concentrated Cleaner 5Lt

FLOR PREP is a powerful stripper designed to remove old sealer films, dirt, and worn topcoats, preparing floors for smooth recoating. Ideal for Agar water based sealers, it extends time between full strip downs.

Dilution:

Light Scrub: Dilute 1 part FLORPREP in 40 parts water. Use with red or blue pads.

Moderate Scrub: Dilute 1 part FLORPREP in 30 parts water. Use with blue or green pads.

Heavy Scrub: Dilute 1 part FLORPREP in 20 parts water. Use with black pads.

Application:

Swing Buffer: Mop the diluted solution onto a designated area of the floor. Use a swing buffer to scrub the floor evenly and thoroughly.

Auto-Scrubber: Fill the supply tank with the diluted FLORPREP solution. Scrub the floor slowly, laying down plenty of solution. For heavy scrubbing, apply the solution with the squeegee raised, then scrub again and collect the solution after a few minutes.

Post-Cleaning: Rinse the floor thoroughly to remove all traces of dirt and old polish.
