Repair & Quote Booking

Book your vacuum cleaner repair or service assessment with Janitorial Depot. The $20 booking payment covers the initial assessment and preparation of a repair quote where required.

How the $20 Booking Payment Works

• If you proceed with the repair: the full $20 booking payment is credited toward the total cost of the completed repair.
• If you require a quote only and do not proceed with the repair: the $20 payment covers the assessment and preparation of the repair quote.

Once your booking has been completed, you will receive order number. Please keep this number, as it is used to link your vacuum cleaner to the correct repair and drop-off record.

Dropping Off Your Vacuum Cleaner

After creating your Repair & Quote Booking, complete the Vacuum Cleaner Repair & Service Drop-Off Form and enter your repair order number when requested.

Vacuum cleaners can then be dropped off at:

Repair Approval

Where a quote is required, repair work will proceed once the quoted work has been approved. If you have authorised a repair limit at drop-off, work may proceed within that approved amount.

Warranty or Consumer Guarantee Claims

If you believe the fault may be covered by a manufacturer warranty or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact Janitorial Depot before purchasing this repair booking so the appropriate assessment process can be followed.
