Whiteley XPOLY8 Floor Stripper 5L is a low-odor, fast-acting, and labor-saving solution for removing floor sealers and finishes with minimal scrubbing. It is designed to rapidly liquefy and emulsify old sealers for easy removal using an auto-scrubber or mop and bucket.

How It Works: XPOLY8 contains a blend of glycol solvents that work synergistically with a rapid penetration dual chain emulsifier. This combination penetrates even the most stubborn old polish films, making them easy to remove.

Usage Recommendations:

1. Preparation: Clear the area of any loose debris by sweeping or vacuuming.
2. Dilution: Dilute XPOLY8 as per the instructions on the label, depending on the severity of the buildup.
3. Application:
   • Auto-Scrubber: Fill the auto-scrubber with the diluted solution and apply it to the floor.
   • Mop and Bucket: Apply the solution generously using a mop.
4. Dwell Time: Allow the solution to sit on the floor for 5-10 minutes to penetrate and emulsify the old sealer.
5. Agitation: Use a floor machine with a stripping pad to scrub the floor, if necessary.
6. Removal: Remove the emulsified sealer using an auto-scrubber or a wet vacuum.
7. Rinse: Rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.

Depending upon the degree of sealer on the floor, XPOLY8 can be diluted as follows:
Heavy Build up: 250mL/L of water
Moderate Build up: 125mL/L of water
Add recommended amount of XPOLY8 to cold water and apply liberally to the floor. Allow to work for 3 to 5 minutes,
being sure to keep the floor wet. CAUTION: Floor will be slippery when it’s wet. Scrub the floor using a black pad.
Pick up the dissolved sealer. Rinse the floor with clean water and allow the floor to dry.
Note: Avoid prolonged contact with metal surfaces
